- Many businesses would fire employees that are as rude and unhelpful as the automated telephone systems that they force us to use.
- I just spent 20 minutes waiting on hold. Every 30 seconds a recording said "Thank you for your continued patience your call is important to us...". How sincere can a recording be? How important can my call be if I have to wait 20 minutes?
- If a professional person makes a mistake with something that should be obvious or simple for them are they incompetent or dishonest?
- Why do some repair technicians think that they are smarter then the people who wrote the instructions for them to follow?
